Balancing institutional “standing” with our competence coming from direct business knowledge and international relations , we have expanded awareness and contacts for the Institution, organizing conferences / workshops / road shows and promoting Media relations, interviews and TV debates; we have met and lead to successful investments companies of various sizes.

INDUSTRY: STEEL AND METALS
A major forging and casting producer from India requested a thorough exploration of the European market, which we carried out through a comprehensive study of relevant opportunities in automotive, rolling stock and agricultural machinery industries, resulting in a proposed strategic plan.
Consequently, we have been contracted to support the plan with business development actions across Europe, leveraging on  our network of qualified relationships, organizing  meetings and on-site visits, and assisting the customer in drafting and negotiating commercial proposals.

INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
As non-executive director of the Board of a primary Italian commercial vehicle equipment producer and strategic advisor, we contributed to designing strategic expansion, international partnership, commercial organization, connecting to new distributors and key accounts. 
We have successfully drafted business and contractual terms of technical cooperation and joint-venture agreements with an international partner and led their negotiations.

INDUSTRY: AEROSPACE / DEFENCE
A large European group active in the aerospace/energy sectors has commissioned us to assist them for the launch of a new-generation critical system for helicopters, with particular focus on the Italian and UK markets.
We have activated our network of relationships (helicopter manufacturers and operators), creating awareness, attention and interest, organizing meetings and visits, obtaining the issuing of requests for quotation, and assisting our client during the technical and commercial negotiations.
