A group of Italian entrepreneurs requested our guidance to be selected as importer for Italy of a major European Commercial vehicle producer, among 26 other candidates.
After analyzing the market and possible opportunities and challenges, we drafted a business plan, presented and negotiated with the franchisor leveraging on our business experience and cultural expertise, and successfully supported our client to obtain the franchise.

Leading Italian companies requested assistance to identify reliable and trustworthy suppliers in Türkiye for metallic raw materials and semi-finished alloys.
Thanks to our Turkish junior partner, we were able to rapidly select high-quality manufacturers, to support their qualification process and to successfully facilitate the negotiations, leveraging on our commercial and intercultural expertise
We subsequently smoothened the effective execution of supplies, shipments, and payments, resolving any issue arising along the way.
