A group of Italian entrepreneurs requested our guidance to be selected as importer for Italy of a major European Commercial vehicle producer, among 26 other candidates.
After analyzing the market and possible opportunities and challenges, we drafted a business plan, presented and negotiated with the franchisor leveraging on our business experience and cultural expertise, and successfully supported our client to obtain the franchise.

A company from Türkiye requested our support to set up a new unit in Italy, to operate in the treatment and management of special metal scraps.
Leveraging on our knowledge of the Italian ecosystem and legal complexity, we activated our network of specialized partners  and successfully supported our Client to complete the registration, specific authorizations and Customs and Logistic structure, as well as to expand their prospect portfolio.

A large industrial Software house in Türkiye requested an in-depth market study of the Italian market for one of their leading products in Quality Management.
We defined a series of statistically significant targets – SMEs from various industries, Business associations, Software houses, - and performed interviews with relevant process owners, defining a map of the competitive environment in Italy for QMS IT systems.  We then completed the study with recommendations for strategic approach and an action plan.
