An Italian-Austrian Company requested our support in 2021 to set up a production unit in Türkiye, which we supported by building a team and developing assets, defining the lay-out and outlining quality processes. Since then, in an executive role of overall coordination and business and financial control, we have been supporting its 10-fold growth.
In addition, we are now supporting the Corporate International Sales, with full responsibility of commercial and industrial planning, overviewing the entire Supply Chain.

SECTOR: ENGINEERING AND MOLDS FOR ALUMINUM AND PLASTIC FOUNDRIES
An Italian company specialized in the design and production of molds for aluminum and plastic entrusted us with developing its presence in Türkiye, with the objective of building a stable and competitive position in the local market, later expanded to the Aerospace and Defense sector in Europe.
Following an initial competitiveness assessment, we prioritized target companies, organized meetings that rapidly led to RFQs and orders, and strengthened cooperation with Turkish industrial partners, facilitating integration into the supply chain. We also coordinated the process of opening a local branch, assuming commercial responsibility for it.
